Happy Deliciousness

I'm Diana Jones and I love to bake deliciousness! I've baked for family and friends for years and with the encouragement of my husband and children I started Happy Deliciousness. My mom was an amazing cook and was known for her delicious baking, but we children especially loved her oatmeal and chocolate chip cookies. There was always great anticipation and excitement when she got out her yellow mixing bowl to make a batch! When I had my own five children I wanted to recreate that same excitement and happiness for them, so I began baking those same happy memories with them using that same yellow mixing bowl my mother used. Over the years I've learned to use quality ingredients like cream, butter, fresh lemons, premium chocolate and pure extracts, that's what makes my baking mouth watering and delicious.
